The Partnership provides support to expectant moms and their children through nurse home visits, by pairing parent educators with new families, addictions prevention education for moms, and support groups for new moms experiencing postpartum depression, to name a few.
We meet the needs of the communities where we live and work to promote good physical and mental health as well as tackle urgent issues through community-based support and education initiatives that serve the entire family.
Our Professional Education programs provide a variety of high quality, evidence-based, and affordable continuing education programs for nurses, social workers, and other maternal child health professionals who work at the Partnership’s member hospitals and affiliated agencies.
